By Car:
Long Island Expressway - take the L I E ( I-495 ) to exit 39S, Glen Cove Road. Proceed southbound on Glen Cove Road approximately 2 miles to Old Country Road. Make a Right onto Old Country Road. Just past the shopping center on the right is the entrance to One Old Country Road. The building has "1-800 Flowers" signage.

Southern State Parkway - take the Southern State to the 
Meadowbrook Parkway Northbound. Exit the Meadowbrook at exit M1, Old Country Road, and make a left onto Old Country Road which is westbound, toward Mineola. Proceed about half a mile, passing through the intersection of Glen Cove Road/Clinton Rd. Then, just past the shopping center on the right is the entrance to One Old Country Road. The building has "1-800 Flowers" signage.

Northern State Parkway - take the Northern State to the Meadowbrook Parkway (only southbound). Exit the Meadowbrook at the very first exit, M1-W, Old Country Road, and merge onto Old Country Road westbound. toward Mineola. Proceed about two lights, passing through the intersection of Glen Cove Road/Clinton Rd. Then, just past the shopping center on the right is the entrance to One Old Country Road. Wantagh Parkway - take the Wantagh Parkway northbound to the Northern State Parkway Westbound. Proceed west on the Northern State to the Meadowbrook Parkway (only southbound).
